AI automations

Product-grade automations

We build automation for other companies to the same standard we hold our own products: explainable, auditable and EU-native by default.

The full library

Sixteen building blocks, assembled around what you own.

Most automation pitches imply you throw away your stack. Here is every block we assemble from, and which of the three kinds it is.

How we work

Six weeks to something that actually runs.

  1. Week 1

    Map

We sit with the people doing the work and map the process as it actually runs, which is rarely how the org chart describes it.

  2. Weeks 2 to 3

    Prototype

One process, automated end to end, running on your real data. You judge it by using it.

  3. Weeks 4 to 6

    Harden

Audit trail, permissions, error handling, and the escalation path for when something looks wrong.

  4. Ongoing

    Operate

Monitoring, tuning, and the next process in the queue. Monthly cycles you can stop whenever.

FAQ

The questions we get in the first call.

Not here? Write to us and we answer within one working day.

Ask us directly
How soon do we see something working?

A working prototype of your highest-volume process in about three weeks, running on your data. If we cannot get there in three weeks, the process is usually the wrong one to start with, and we will say so.

Do we own what you build?

Fully. Code, prompts, infrastructure config and data are yours from the first commit. There is no runtime licence to us and nothing stops working if you stop working with us.

What happens when the AI gets it wrong?

You see why. Every extracted field cites the source line it came from, low-confidence cases route to a person instead of guessing, and nothing irreversible happens without an approval step. Explainability is the product, not a feature we bolted on.

Where does our data live?

Your data is stored in the EU. Our CRM runs on EU infrastructure in Amsterdam, and it is software we host ourselves rather than a third-party sales platform. Two caveats we would rather state than bury: our hosting and CDN provider and our fallback email provider are US-headquartered, so administrative access to those layers sits under Standard Contractual Clauses. Our privacy policy names every processor and what each one touches.

Do we have to replace the tools we already use?

Almost never. Look at the Connects tags in the library above. Your CRM, accounting and signature tools stay where they are, and we integrate around them. Replacing working software is the most expensive way to automate anything.

Fixed price or time and materials?

The first automation is a fixed price against a written scope, so you can approve a number rather than a rate. Work after that runs in monthly cycles you can stop at the end of any month.
