Atellio: The software we build and run for music societies

Rehearsals, roll call, paid gigs and payouts for bands, choirs and orchestras, free for a society of any size. We build it and run it; plans and sign-up live at atelliosuite.com.

Atellio's roll call on a phone: 53 of 68 musicians present at a general rehearsal, each marked absent, late or present.

Built for the societies that get paid to play

In a Valencian band, one Sunday can mean three gigs at once and a treasurer who has to split the fee fairly. That is where Atellio goes deepest.

Several gigs, one roster

Split one day into simultaneous performances. Every musician lands in exactly one, and nobody ends up in two.

Atellio's day view for a paid gig split into three simultaneous performances, each with its time, place and number of musicians.

Who plays, and why

Paid places go first to whoever has played least since the last payout. The director decides, and the reason is on screen.

The “Whose turn is it?” sheet: for each section with places, the candidates ordered by who has played the fewest paid gigs since the last payout.

Payouts that add up

Settle in batches and undo one if you need to. Anything unpaid waits for the next payout.

June's closed payout: 6,108.75 euros across 68 people and 3 gigs, with each musician's amount per gig.

The rotation shows its working.

Atellio never scores a musician. It lists who has played least, next to the average for their section, and leaves the call to a person. We build every automation the same way.

All automation services

What every society gets for free

  • Roll call without signal

Marks are saved on the phone and sent on their own when the connection comes back.

  • A personal link per musician

Each musician sees their call-ups and answers from a link. Nothing to install, no account.

  • All your ensembles

The band, the youth band, the choir and the orchestra, in one society.

  • Call-ups and availability

Who is called to what, and who has said they can make it.

  • Uniforms

The call-up says which uniform to wear.

  • Image consent

Recorded per person and per use, because every society has minors.

See a real society before deciding

The demo society comes with musicians, rehearsals, paid gigs and a closed payout. No sign-up, and it deletes itself after a while.
