Who runs this site

This legal notice governs the use of disruptivecats.com and any subdomain of it. It is published in accordance with Article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 on information society services and electronic commerce (LSSI-CE).

The site is currently operated by a natural person (autónomo), whose identifying details appear in the box above. A company (Sociedad Limitada) is in formation; this notice will be updated with the company's registered name, CIF and Commercial Registry entry once it is incorporated.

What this site is for

This is the corporate website of DisruptiveCats, a European AI product studio. It exists to describe who we are, the SaaS products we own and operate, and the AI automation work we deliver for other companies. It also lets you contact us.

Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance. Descriptions of services, timelines and commercial terms are indicative; the terms of any actual engagement are set out in a separate written agreement signed by both parties.

Using the site

You may browse this site and use its contact form for genuine enquiries. You agree not to:

• use the site for any unlawful purpose, or in any way that could damage, disable or impair it;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its hosting environment or any connected system;
• submit false, misleading or third-party personal data through the contact form;
• use automated means to scrape, harvest or bulk-download content, except for search engine crawlers obeying our robots.txt;
• use the contact form to send unsolicited commercial communications.

Intellectual property

The design, source code, text, layout, illustrations, logotypes and the DC Cat mark on this site are owned by DisruptiveCats or licensed to it, and are protected by intellectual property law. Publishing this site does not transfer any of those rights to you.

You may quote short extracts of our written content with attribution and a link back. You may not reproduce the site's design or code, present our material as your own, or use our marks in a way that suggests endorsement or partnership that does not exist.

Third-party names and marks that appear on this site (including tools and platforms we integrate with) belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify them.

Links to other sites

This site links to services we operate, including euclm.com, and to third-party sites. Third-party sites are outside our control. We link to them because we believe they are useful, not as an endorsement of everything they contain, and we accept no responsibility for their content, availability or privacy practices. Once you follow an outbound link, this legal notice no longer applies.

Availability and liability

We work to keep this site available, accurate and current, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, and we may perform maintenance without notice.

Content on this site is general information, not advice. It is not legal, tax, financial or compliance advice, and you should not act on it in a specific situation without appropriate professional input. To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude liability for decisions taken on the basis of this site's content.

Governing law

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. Disputes arising from the use of this site are subject to the courts of Spain. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, this does not remove your right to bring proceedings in the courts of your own country of residence where applicable law gives you that right.

If any provision of this notice is held unenforceable, the rest remains in force.
